Hopelessly curious, purple centrist
@stephruhle.bsky.social Needs to get better fast is exactly what I was thinking, since Zacharia was obviously uncomfortable and too tall to be reading her papers held low at podium height. We were watching the top of her head for most of it.

The 80-year-old president introduced Katie Zacharia as “an attorney," and she has described herself the same way on national TV over and over, but a new investigation by Popular Information's Judd Legum found no evidence that she has ever been admitted to practice law in any state.

Dear White House press corps,

Please ask the new White House Press Secretary Katie Zacharia about her 2025 retweet of this post:

"If the DOJ will cover up for Epstein pedos, how can we trust them to go after these guys?"

@maddow.bsky.social Like your show but there is no law that allows one to be arrested in Kansas for failing to pay a medical bill! You lose credibility when you suggest it. If Roger Marshall takes his patient to court and they miss a court appearance, they can be arrested **for contempt of court**.

This is happening to my clients. Makes it impossible for me to know if they're still in Minnesota or even in America. ICE can shuttle them around without my knowledge and, unless they get word to me, I have no way to access them as counsel
NEW: @apnews.com confirms that ICE has begun electronically "disappearing" people in the agency's custody who have final orders of removal.

As of last week, anyone jailed by ICE with a final order of removal will NOT appear in the ICE Online Detainee Locator System, making them effectively vanish.

"You can thank Trump’s pals on a right-wing rogue Supreme Court for a generation of bad rulings that have sold American elections to the highest, secret bidders."
Trump can't run for president again, so why in the name of God does he have a political slush fund of $850M and growing -- that's he's still hoarding even as the GOP is poised to lose control of Congress? Does he have a scheme to take it with him?
