it's hard to overstate this. have we ever seen such a threat like this from an american president? a threat of such horrible death & destruction & aggression? in the home of the institution designed ***BY THE US*** to 'save succeeding generations from the scourge of war'?

it I had to cite a key moment from Trump's speech, it would be this one. it is a threat not just to the Iranian government but to the Iranian people, and in that sense it contravenes both the international laws prohibiting war and the international humanitarian law that protects civilians
