Hey sky friends! Forced myself to go to the gym this morning on Labor Day. Another victory, besides 50lbs⬇️, is I can’t get my HR up anymore. My stamina has insanely improved. Weight training avg HR 125bpm and indoor cycling avg HR 137bpm. And I was peddling like crazy w/ resistance! #fitnesssky
