This is indeed the kind of thing I heard about while in #Canada. #Sextrafficking, missing #Indigenous women & girls, mass murder victims also widely believed to be aided by RCMP participation by #1stNations folx themselves.
My Indigenous friends have shared incredibly brutal & disgusting stories of how they are treated, incl by police!
Up here in Saskatchewan "moonlight drives" by cops randomly picked up Indigenous folks in middle of winter & dropped them off in the middle of nowhere, to freeze. Seldom charged!

I was trying to up the volume on a POWERFUL series! For once, real Inuk men, women, children, elders! Inuk tattoos! The food (subsistence hunting & fishing). Altho not same, my last longterm partner was Aleut (we were born at same latitude.) Ppl rarely get insight into #1stNations up north! 💜
