Using ao map as displacement texture and baked it into high poly model. When i can somehow get ahold of the right 3dmodels and textures, its a head start to a 3dprintable design

I just wanted to show of the final print for the windup Thomas I posted a few weeks ago. Currently the setup I have for taking pictures is very limited on space making it hard to record any running shots but hopefully this is something I can amend in the future. #3Dprintable #Modelrailway

Here's a little update on my clockwork #3Dprinted Thomas model. The chassis is running fine but it needs a little work, but I wanted to show it off anyway. Here he is pulling two coaches along. #TTTE #Thomasandfriends #3Ddesign #3Dprintable

I've decided to rebuild the mechanism from the ground up, the gears were seizing up and I think a redesigned gearset will help alleviate that. #modelrailway #00gauge #3Ddesign #3Dprintable

I'm thinking about updating some of my old #Clockwork #3Dprinted locomotives to be electric, starting with the 0298 class. I'll probably then rebuild the G class to be electric too. #modelrailway #3Dprintable #modelrailroad
I want to know what your consensus is on the #3Dprintable clockwork locomotives I design. I always thought the idea of a fully 3D printed and functional engine to be quite novel, but I wonder if people would prefer them to be designed for electric running? #Modelrailway

I've finally got around to updating my #3Dprinted rolling stock pack 1, which you can find on my #Cults3D page. They are now upgraded to allow for metal wheels instead of printing plastic ones which will make them run smoother. #modelrailway #3Dprintable
