32 likely airframes available at the beginning of the war with 1 test airframe (317 RED), 1 stored, and 9 losses (destroyed or probable economic hull loss).
Realistically 21 Bear-Hs that still have teeth.

One good attack in style of Spiderweb has capability to take out most of russian long range bomber capabilities.
I believe they could target either Tu-95s or Tu-160s or even both. With 6-8 Tu-160 taken out, russia loses nuclear triad in future, as Tu-95s are already far too aged.

They use them rarely in those rare big bomber attacks. I would need to check statistics exactly to know how frequently, but from what I recall, its fairly rare. Its mostly Tu-95s doing everything.

This said, I recall reading complaints from Russians about a year ago that their airframes were creaking and Tu-95s and Tu-160s were regularly having to fly with one engine down. So it's also possibly just wear catching up with them.

Late yesterday, my section of I-95S was backed up so bad, I cut through downtown N.Haven.
Trip that usually takes :26 took 1:33 instead.
But I couldn't even be grumpy about it. I let people merge, waved to thank the ones who let me merge. I smiled & 🤷♀️ at whoever was next to me at 🚦

I misread your post and confused it with a separate issue: KN-95 masks in America lack quality control. The FDA briefly was testing KN-95 masks for efficacy in 2020. But that's no longer happening since N-95s are widely available for medical workers.
