Almost got a high five from my FNP for my labs. Cholesterol and A1C back in the normal range after 3 months of very hard work fixing my diet (plus meds, but no GLP-1 which was my goal)

I can confirm. Prior to wearing a CGM, my A1c averaged btwn 7.5 and 8.5. Once I became aware of my glucose levels on a regular basis and was able to monitor myself, it was easier to control. Now my A1c stays below 5.4 in my bloodwork tests. (taken quarterly). Ngl, meds also helped! Thank you, Rick!

I can confirm. Prior to wearing a CGM, my A1c averaged btwn 7.5 and 8.5. Once I became aware of my glucose levels on a regular basis and was able to monitor myself, it was easier to control. Now my A1c stays below 5.4 in my bloodwork tests. (taken quarterly). Ngl, meds also helped! Thank you, Rick!

Btw i got a clean bill of health with the lab results!! Literally my a1c (blood sugar) is in normal range so I'm not considered prediabetic anymore. It makes me happy seeing my actions pay off 🥹
