I went to a new program series at the American Museum of Natural history yesterday. It will highlight photos from the museum archives & this one was about taxidermy. They showed historical photos of the animals on display & had a live taxidermy demonstration on stage! Thanks @amnh.org #AMNH

On day 3 of our trip to New York, we took the subway to the Upper West Side for breakfast at Barney Greengrass. Then walked to the AMNH, walked to the UES for icecream, and then through the park back to midtown.
We were tired halfway through this lol. Every day was like this too, for the most part.

Welp, jawbone cannot be glued together I'm afraid; ordered a replacement as @rubrennanart.bsky.social makes cool stuff that should be supported, pondering whether I should tweak this to look like AMNH 6325, but don't have the heart to break it on purpose 😅 #Pentaceratops
