On today's episode of "Okay, but why is my expensive printer broken today?" I discovered that a piece of filament can snap inside the AMS right where all the bowden tubes meet, making the machine constantly try to unload filament.

Can confirm. Source: worked for an ambulance company & also in a hospital. You would be astonished at how much UTIs show as AMS (altered mental status). It happens so very much especially in the elderly.
Did you know that, especially in older people, UTI symptoms can mimic or worsen symptoms of dementia? Get that urine tested! (All genders. Anyone who produces urine. Not just short urethras, as the urinary system ages.)
TIL that there is a vaccine (Uromune) available in the EU that appears to cut the rate of UTIs in women by 50-70% and it's apparently been languishing in trials for years now in the US, with no obvious hurry to get it approved?
