A year ago, Joshua Moon crowdfunded >150k USD into an IOLTA, ostensibly to fund plaintiff-side litigation on behalf of his website Kiwi Farms and its operating entity Lolcow LLC. Instead, he spent "a lot" of it to help Vincent Zhen set aside the 445k AUD default judgment for defamation in Australia.

This, from an Anthropic employee, either reflects a lack of imagination or is evidence that this is all just lies.
If you were really that scared, you'd pull the plug on all the servers and wipe everything from ARIN, APNIC, LACNIC, AFRINIC, and RIPE NCC. No more internet; problem solved.

This statement further establishes that Joshua Moon made false statements that misled APNIC. Mr. Zhen has turned over the documents containing these false statements, among others related to the broader issue. I expect these documents and the evidence they contain will be useful in future efforts.

This weekend is probably going to be "migrate my PDS out of the US" time, and while I'm at it onto my own IPv6 provider-independent /48. Ya girl is now an associate APNIC member with her own prefixes. I'll be writing about it on @whtwnd.com after it's all finished :)

I nice review of the incredibly suspect economics behind the current #$SPCX valuation. As usual, the Wall Street hype machine did its job to extract the maximum amount of cash from retail investors and used index arb to artificially boost demand before the 💩hits the 🪭
