Whether this is insulin for type 1 diabetes, thryoid hormone replacement or ARVs for HIV.

The thing I'm most worried about is not only the deaths of millions, but also the very likely emergence of a drug-resistant HIV as a result of millions of people having access to *some* ARVs--much like what happened with TB with the collapse of the USSR.
yeah, god knows the pre-existing aid system wasn't great, but it also kept millions of people alive, and now.....

Det ligger mycket i detta. Svenskt Näringslivs viktigaste frågor verkar vara att säkra en riksdagsmajoritet för 1) vinster i välfärden och 2) noll i arvs- och förmöghetsskatt. Båda de två punkterna har noll bäring på de villkor som möter de flesta av Sveriges företag.

When working in Malawi I saw young HIV-positive children completely turn around and live basically normal lives once they had access to “plumpy nut” and ARVs. It was a miracle.
