PDS Gatekeeper allows you to turn on a captcha for account creation/migration. Does not stop them all, but helps.

Bulleted just did its first cross-PDS permissioned-data read with a private space on @ngerakines.me's atproto-pds, opened by an account on @chadtmiller.com's pds.js: his server minted the delegation token, mine minted the credential, and the two agreed.
