they said they could not send me a bound copy. I said I would bind it myself and invoice them for costs and they sent me this. I guarantee that the email thread we have exchanged cost more in staff time than the £3.50 for thermal binding. I am unravelling in every joint and synapse

Wonder if the author of the article realised employers have a duty to provide reasonable adjustments by law?

Doubt it with how little the Equailty Act is actually enforced.

Times Higher Ed has a column today about getting rid of accommodations for students with disabilities. It is breathtakingly ableist. It argues for the exclusion of people with disabilities from higher ed. I am not linking: it's click bait, but you can see the opening paragraph below.

Having been bullied and harrassed by an ableist line manager for 18 months, I can confirm that this is absolutely true.

Her big mistake was assuming that my #disability and mental ill-health are weaknesses.
