The reason THESE particular changes became politically salient isn't organic parental discovery. It's because Moms for Liberty, the Manhattan Institute, and ADF specifically targeted school gender policies as a mobilization strategy. Singal is describing the effects of the campaign he denies exists.

In other words there is no question whatsoever that the ADF is an anti-rights group, just as all the gender critical groups listed in the suppressed Amnesty report are clearly anti-rights groups. The ADF clearly intends to ride the coat-tails of Rowling's determined efforts to rebrand hate as love.
