**Abstract:** This paper proposes a novel system for automated weed detection and classification within agricultural fields leveraging advanced deep semantic segmentation and multi-sensor fusion techniques. The system, dubbed "AgriVision," aims to improve herbicide application efficiency by precisely identifying and classifying weed species in real-time, enabling targeted spraying and minimizing chemical usage. Unlike existing methods relying on primarily RGB imagery, AgriVision integrates data from RGB cameras, thermal sensors, and LiDAR to achieve superior accuracy and robustness across varying environmental conditions and crop stages.
