Built 1st quadrant unit circle from special right triangles, remembered +/- of coordinates in each quadrant from algebra1, & talked about multiples of fractions for radians (pi/6, 2pi/6, 3pi/6 etc.)

I'm early 60s and took one for the 1st time a few months back. The neuro-tech pulled a print out and I laughed 'do you want me to draw a clock?!" she said yes. Lol I aced my clock, the animal ID, even the math (I'm terrible at it and never got past algebra1) and the backwards alphabet..

My daughter was pushed into crazy math- precalc in 10th grade. She hated it and it took a lot of tutoring to get her through. In 11th grade they pushed for calculus. We said no. She’s planning on going to a conservatory for college. None of us has ever needed more than algebra1 for life.
