Rathis is tilted 89 degrees on its axis the far eastern and western poles are shallow iceberg covered seas. the western pole is home to the Eeawanea ( whales) who set up a refugee colony here 20 million years ago. their capital city of Aeeopeena sits near a small mineral ritch island that shares its name. the Yoa-yoku and Riti had No idea they were here until 20 years* after the end of The war in Heaven. they became the 3rd species to join the Riti alliance and propelled the Riti and Yoa-Yoku into the Stars.
