Installed appblocker for all social media and websites mentioning election and Trump. The media did this to us for engagement numbers. Now they get my apathy. I will limit myself to less than an hour while I detox before deleting it all. The only thing caring online has done is waste my life.

Been trying out appblocker to cut down on my screen time as of late, with the two targets being Instagram and Reddit... it's effective. What's funnier is that free appblocker makes you watch stupid mobile ads if you open your blocked app. I think that makes it even MORE effective.
