I just don't think I'd notice whether someone had a coffee or not while I was interviewing them.

I've never formally interviewed someone in person. But I've spoken to potential new freelancers, and so I know that I'm not appraising people in how similarly to me they approach those conversations.

3 day mark: they've gotten a nice shell that shatters but it could be thicker. Recipes say to dry them anywhere between 3 days to a week (and still others for months!)

I'm having so much fun sorting/appraising them...these are the ones that came out the most gem-like in shape
