This is not the only study to show neutrophil dysfunction - this one was in severe covid-19 patients, not long covid however.

Just sent in the initial contact to pursue Arginase 1 & HIF1a inhibitor compassionate use in #longcovid #mecfs for one of the patients in the Amatica study

Very thankful we have physicians willing to pursue this

Real-world pegzilarginase data in arginase 1 deficiency (n=16):

• ↓ plasma arginine by 3 months
• Most <200 μmol/L
• ↑ dietary protein intake with maintained control
• No new safety signals

Findings align with trial data.
