Any #AtmosChem / #IndoorChem folks following me have tips for dealing with any smoke that manages to seep inside? Mainly thinking of how to clean up once the worst is over.

My best guess is wiping down surfaces and washing linens.

Am I forgetting anything?

What is common knowledge in your field but shocks outsiders?

"OH" is not just an exclamation, but also saves our atmosphere from becoming toxic
[OH radicals #AtmosChem]
What is common knowledge in your field but shocks outsiders?

Basically no one has exactly 206 bones in their skeleton. (Most people have more — random accessory bones in hands/feet being super common.)
What is common knowledge in your field, but shocks outsiders?

We’re not clear on what intelligence is, at all

This paper is a careful study in analytical method development and validation. May seem boring but this sort of work is essential to improve our methods, reducing analysis time and improving sustainability!! #atmoschem

For me this has got to be glyoxal, which i believe is the most annoying and infuriating molecule in atmospheric chemistry. It polymerises, reacts in crazy ways and is a total nightmare to analyse. Any other suggestions? #atmoschem
Whomst amongst us in chemistry does not have feelings like this about some kind of molecular entities
Remember that everyone you meet is fighting their own battle, sometimes with amino acids
