Called the audiology center to reschedule my appointment (because I’m sick) and when I said “hi this is Sophia” the receptionist yelled “WHAT???”

So, I was at audiology at 8:45 for my 10 am appointment. I was amazed they took me in at 8:50. The technician did the hearing test and placed the stuff in the ears that allow perfect fit later. Saw the main doctor. We agreed for in-ear aids, and he set an appointment to get them.
