A row in the middle of a crowd. A fox has mounted a cat & is fucking her ass to the point of cumming & then some. Leon X-Claws (he/them) the Aurorian Fox, is pinning Alice (she/her), the black cat, to the ground with her legs unable to get purchase. She glares under his arm to Jacklyn (she/her), the wolf, who is too busy to care. The audience doesn't seem very thrilled.

What Leon tends to do when returning to the company. Growing up in Appleton, Auroria is a frigid nightmare by compare. He does like that he gets to keep a fire going constantly, however.

Mathilde vul D'eclair
AKA, Leon's current employer. It's not a bad arrangement, but nosiness into his personal life causes concern. "Be professional" means different things to them...

A reference sheet which reads as follows: "Mathilde vul D'eclair. Aurorian Fox • (she/he) 🪙 Owns & manages the "Fleur de Lait" trading company. Which specializes in distributing cosmetics & "wellness" products with a specific mission of excluding nuts from 100% of it's inventory. With an HQ in Auroria, they offer bounties for rare & exclusive product deals from their rather modest distribution team. "🪙 Has notoriety among many retailers for being exceptionally critical of her competitors products, & even editorializes, taking out ads to criticize the companies that do business with them. This has earned her something of a cult following. "🪙 "Age Before Beauty"~ he considers youth wasted on the young & takes it personally when trends change. For some, this kind of bucking of trends might be a weakness, but she more than makes up for it with the vim & vigor only a grandparent of over a hundred foxes could. "🪙 Has a "duchess" for a pen-pal who she trades goods & stories from with Glissod. They've never met in the flesh... "🐚 Blizzard affinity. Living in luxury in Auroria has done little to soften her up. She remains a shrewd & prudent businessman who will remind his many employees who THEY represent on a mewble!"

Page six. The borders have taken on the quality of cracks or fractures in a more solid surface. Some panels take on red hues, others take on magenta or soot grays. Leon throws a paw to the air with an all-too-excited grin & declares "It means gruesome, excruciating Death for we two poorly-prepared pilgrims! That is, unless someone with a brave heart- (& a pair of wings) "You ♥" he says, pointing a claw at a very disgruntled, soaking Valentia. "Gives our heroes directions to water, & soon!" Leon continues to speak, with a sharp smirk on his muzzle "unless... Ohhh I might have known. You WANT to walk back & do this all-day hike again~ V, I'd be more than happy-" Valentia realizes what he is saying with alarm, droplets flying from her petals as her antennae shoot upright. She takes on the same ashy grey quality that Leon has had with wide eyes. A large panel with a cross shape on it, bearing the same fracture as the borders interrupts the soliloquy.

He is sporting a beanie, earmuffs, a gaiter, & an extra large bell hanging off of a scarf wound so tightly against his neck it's causing his fur to all stand up right. His paws are even wrapped in stockings that leave his toes exposed. Text beside him reads: "←Smoke affinity, actually quite vulnerable to the cold. Doesn't go home very often, prefers Dweclaw. Unable to hide his discomfort, even more impulsive & impatient in cold climates. Will absolutely waste hours of perfume clerks time just to stay warm indoors anyway."

Page One resembling a broken pane of glass. Borders & light are distorted. As Leon & Valentia walk through the grass, speech bubbles pop up from the wheat that surrounds them. "Don't you think it's for the best to learn what they're talking about?" asks Valentia, with a disturbed expression. Leon carries on walking with his back to her. "It's not like anything I've experienced before..." she goes on, catching his attention to look back. "It's kinda freaking me out how many voices are chanting all at once . . ." With a cheerful smile, Leon replies "Hmm. Okay! Let's find somewhere to refill our water & ask around."

Page five. The borders between panels take on a sloughing, viscous quality, like water or slime. Valentia is alarmed as she removes her fwingers from her face, asking "Huh?" The world is awash in a magenta hue. When she turns her gaze upward a fluid pours onto her forehead, running down with the direction of the panels. She exclaims "What is THIS!?" to a disaffected Leon who is pouring the last droplets of water out from a waterskin onto her. "That, Chicken Little," he says, with a set of yellow eyes & an ashy quality overlaying the light on him, "was the last of our water." Valentia wilts, hunching forward as water runs down her petals. "What do you mean- Last?" She asks him with a darkening hue of magenta overtaking her. Text in an abstract shape of zigzags & lights are consuming words in the last panel. "It wont ever be like last time. I'll be there-" & further dialogue is consumed by the borders of the page. Only an "...again?" remains over it.

Page four. A single panel page, outlined by white scratches of flaming nothing. Text from an unclear speaker reads: "Something horrible is coming. I cause it! Or has it already begun? You have to warn them! Someone has to warn them! Why aren't you running?!?" The words frame around an intimidating scene of a phoenix with a flower for a crown being connected to color rushing into it. The colors compete in strange & unnatural ways as the phoenix holds it's mouth open upwards in a loud cry. A speech bubble in the shape of a blood bag IV drip reads "Valentia vor Comma!"

Page seven. The borders separating each panel begin to take on more consistent rectangular shapes, yet they overlap & run into each other recklessly. Page three is a sequence of panels resembling butterfly wings or rivers. Leon glares ahead with a red hue across the world. His expression softens as he speaks "Yellow." The world takes on a yellow hue for the remainder of the sequence. "I know that this is a matter that is very important to your safety, & I want to give your feelings the care it deserves. I'm scared that if we don't find a rest stop soon, we will have to turn around before things get dire," Leon explains. Valentia weeps as she speaks in turn. "It's so scary here, already! What if they need help? This feels wrong- like we shouldn't be here." Leon's pupil sharpens to a slit & his eye takes on a slight glow as he squats down in front of Valentia, calling out to her: "V." She shields her eyes beneath her fwingers, & continues. "Ever since we started this "adventure" something has been off with the flowers where ever I go. It's all so familiar. Like I'm forgetting something that I really shouldn't."

Page two. A single border forms around the entire page, that only Valentia is without. She is looking up, small, surrounded by all sides by the grass & the sky & the world has taken on a duller & less vibrant hue. Neither of their eyes are visible. "What's wrong with asking them right now?" she queries. "Nothing is wrong with you asking" Leon replies, turning his back to continue walking. "You know I can't stand it when someone does that, Leon." "I just thought it might be wise to get to ask around." "You don't believe me." "I am wary of trusting strange cereal cults." "Flowers don't lie." Valentia spits out, with an emphasis on "don't."
