Yes, that’s dreadful. I’ve written at greater length elsewhere and at different times about both Backto60/CEDAWinLAW and WASPI. I think the former has managed its supporters’ expectations far worse than the latter, but I am very critical of all of them and their flight from realism

The rivalry and points scoring between WASPI and Backto60/CEDAWinLAW doesn’t serve the interests of the cohort at all. The latter did not even ask the court to order full restitution in the judicial review it pursued. And now seems to flourish in the realm of pure pseudo-law
