the distinction between “bactericidal” vs “bacterostatic” antibiotics is some irrelevant BS.

this is fantastic, because there are plenty of other complex considerations when it comes to selecting an antibiotic. #EMIMCC
We implore authors, peer reviewers, and journal editors to stop perpetuating the concept of static and cidal antibiotics, given the aforementioned evidence demonstrating it is a myth. In a clinical context, these terms are not complex. Rather, they are simply incorrect

While you and your grindset bros were talking about passive income, I've been getting into passive anting. Gotta get the ants to come to you

I just remembered the supermarket had delivered daffodils.

My DIY plantfood based on an academic paper is per litre of water: 2 tbsp of sugar, 1 tsp citric acid, 1 tsp of bleach for glucose, adjusting tapwater pH, and an anti-fungus and bactericide. Works well.

I would clean it with Oxivir wipes. Like you, I cannot tolerate bleach. Years ago, I did a lot of research and found this. It has only a light smell (a rare one I can tolerate) and one that dissipates quickly.

Unbelievable but true!
Anting is a behavior in which crows land on an anthill and allow ants to infest their feathers. The ants then spray formic acid on their feathers. This acid will act as an insecticide, fungicide, and bactericide that will rid the bird of all its disease-causing pathogens!

Cinnamon is an excellent bactericide. To keep the plank clean, sprinkle a little cinnamon on it, take enough water to create a paste, brush the paste into all surfaces and grooves, let the board sit up for a couple of hours, rinse the paste off, dry or let air dry, store for the next use.

British gardeners use a harmless black dye to create a reflecting pool. It contains a bactericide to kill any algae growth. Trump hasn’t created a reflecting pool, just a huge public swimming pool. 🤢

most people use cheap commercial lube and it's probably fine long term but it's gonna be in use 1h30 a day for two more months that's why trying to use an oil one you don't need to put bactericide if there's no aqueous phase

i have no idea what was actually in it, just that it was a broad spectrum bactericide/fungicide

Terrestrial version of it was used in footbaths on UK farms during the major foot & mouth disease outbreak ~20 y ago
