Robert Carlyle did the same coming off playibg criminal psychopath Begbie in Trainspotting. Jeremy Davies was chosen by Spielberg as the nerdy coward in Saving Private Ryan.

His character reminded me of the character Begbie from the movie Trainspotting. Zero fucks given and always ready for a fight. Happy to see Ben was the total opposite in real life.

J’avais déjà revu Trainspotting plus tôt dans l’année. Revu sur grand écran. Toujours un immense plaisir, même si plus le temps passe et plus le film me paraît d’une grande tristesse. Ces histoire d’"amis" qui ne se supportent pas vraiment me brisent le cœur, en fait. Même si le film est très fun
