👀 Beslan (Russia), the aftermath of the attack!
Been saying this for months, no one is ready for Blackhawk Down 2: FPV edition or a Beslan-style hostage crisis at a resort full of Americans.
Like what are we gonna do if there's basically a Beslan-level incident at a resort in a previously "safe" part of Mexico and there are hundreds of Americans held hostage? Is anyone prepared for that? Are we ready for the aftermath if it gets bloody? This can go so horribly wrong, so quickly.

I think a lot of Americans, including ones that think this is phenomenally stupid, have not priced in the odds of "Beslan School Siege but at a Cancun resort"
Trump, in a sit down interview on Fox News aired just now, said the US will be conducting land strikes against the cartels.

It seems that many of Ukraine's "birds" have continued even further south than Stavropol.
Russia has had to shut three of its most southerly airports: Vladikavkaz (Beslan), Grozny (Severniy) and Magas.
At the other end of the country, Kaliningrad airport is also restricted.
