This was the year I discovered @annleckie.com. First I was blown away by THE RAVEN TOWER (2019); then by LAKE OF SOULS (2024), a new collection of short stories. Some are set in the Raven Tower universe, but the newest story, Lake Of Souls, might be my favourite thing of hers so far.
