A #Togo🇹🇬 Air Force Mil Mi-8 helicopter (cs 7680100 & test hex 1FFFFF) flew this afternoon from Lomé to #Niamtougou Air Base in the north of the country. About 2 hours later, the helicopter flew further north into #BurkinaFaso's🇧🇫 airspace, likely heading towards Ouagadougou.

The World Bank has noted that #BurkinaFaso's economy grew last year and one of the reasons was improved security. This seems surprising given the number of high-casualty attacks conducted by #JNIM in the country last year

#Niger's🇳🇪 Air Force Dornier 228 (reg. 5U-MBI | #062F0F) circeled for nearly 4 hours in #BurkinaFaso's🇧🇫 airspace east of #Kantchari on Feb 13. I'm not quite sure what happened there, because the aircraft is primarily used for (VIP-) transport purposes.
