Good morning ☕️

It’s two for one for todays Insect Thursday! I was lucky enough to spot and photograph an orange tip and a green-veined white together, a first for me!

Let’s hear it for dandelions!🌼

A favourite for bees and butterflies🐝🦋

Let’s make sure more of these pretty yellow flowers can bloom by adding your name to the No Mow Movement - https://loom.ly/RW0t-fw

If you’re already taking part - thank you! Why not tag a friend or tell your neighbour.🤝

Who the hell decided that #Dandelions are #Weeds ?! For centuries this plant was used for making tea ☕️, the greens🥬 for eating, the flowers 🌼 for making wine🍷 & honey 🍯. They are food for #Pollinators like bees 🐝 butterflies 🦋 & bats 🦇 which help feed us by pollinating fruit, veg, & nut plants.

So wonderful to start seeing butterflies again 😍🦋 And this is a great reminder to let the dandelions grow – they're good for our pollinators!

🦋⊹ Comfort OC Meme ⊹ 🦋

✨ Name: Faeriebell

✨ Species: Trouble

✨ Fav Trait of OC: 🦋

✨ How OC was Made: Really wanted to manifest a specific idea that I've had for years and I finally managed to with them.

✨ Extra: They're a ton of butterflies in a trenchcoat of a human shape.
Pale haired character sits, wearing rainboots stuffed with flowers. They are in coveralls and covered in bandages. They have an unnerving stare. Behind them dandelions bloom.

Let’s forget picking out dandelions in 2025. They’re pretty and provide food to bees and butterflies - who pollinate plants we eat 🌼🦋🐝

Lawncare can be a waste of time/water/money anyway. Gas-powered machines pollute air we breathe. Chemicals run into our water #Earth #Care #Rewilding #NatureLover

Morning all and a happy #SundayYellow to everyone. Here is some sunshine in plant form. Lucky to have a marsh marigold, lots of insects feast on the blooms and the birds use it post bath for drying in so it's not a tidy looking plant 🤣 #dandelions #wildflowerhour

Please stop with ridiculous golf course lawns! You are helping kill butterflies 🦋 and other pollinators. Rewild your yard with flowers and plants like milkweed. Let the dandelions grow!! #Butterflies #Insects #SaveThePlanet

We do #NoMowMay and now do #LetItBloomJune 💚🌸🌺🌼Yesterday I mowed several areas & the rest left for pollinators & wildlife. If everyone did this we’d have more #Pollinators 🧡🐝🦋🐞and a healthier planet. Also never use #WeedKillers !!! Let the rabbits enjoy the dandelions 🌼.

Mow less. Mixed lengths of grass are best for providing food & shelter, ideally with naturally occuring plants like Dandelions left to flower. 2024 was one of the worst years on record for butterflies, according to @savebutterflies.bsky.social Big Butterfly Count 🦋

Plea to gardeners after one of worst years ever for butterflies
Alarmed at declining numbers of the insects, conservationists are asking gardeners to keep grass long.

🌸 The Daisy Dewsydrop Pansy Dress 🎠

#sissy #feminization #sissies #crossdressing #femboys #femdom
One of our most over-the-top sissy designs, she is made in beautiful shiny soft daisy flowers organdy layers. This amazing fabric is made from two layers: the top layer is our beautiful Daisy Flowers organdy which has a sparkly organdy fabric layer under it, in a nice choice of colors. She has a peter pan collar with a satin bow at the center. She also has large elasticated puff ball short sleeves that are trimmed in lace and has a rear zipper. Daisy Dewsydrop Pansy Dress is short and full and trimmed at the hem with dainty lace and cute satin bows, which sits on top of her (optional) petticoat perfectly. Get the optional matching Daisy Dewsydrop Petticoat (highly recommended!) that is cut high on the chest which is elasticated and covered in satin for your comfort. The satin shoulder straps are adjustable for a perfect fit, with layers of netting and each layer is trimmed in lace.

①«Generated by Gemini-imagen3» A swallowtail butterfly, half emerged from its earth-toned chrysalis, its body partially visible with tiny, rumpled wings hinting at vibrant yellow and black patterns, pauses in the midst of metamorphosis. Warm sunlight streams diagonally, gently illuminating the delicate form of the butterfly against the underside of a realistically shaped evergreen orange tree leaf. The background is a soft blur of a lush, green broadleaf forest, bathed in dappled light that filters through the trees, creating a tranquil atmosphere. The image is captured with a macro lens, revealing the intricate details of the butterfly's emerging wings and the textures of the leaf and the surrounding foliage. The lighting is soft and natural, emphasizing the fragility of the moment and the beauty of the transformation. #本日の成果物 ②«#aiart #genart by nightcafestudio» (Felt Art: Swallowtail butterflies fluttering in a spring field), a felt art piece featuring five stylized swallowtail butterflies.
