Broke my jeans zipper catastrophically early in the day & had to keep my tshirt low enough to cover. Ordered some malletable rivety buttonfly brass buttons, and will make a fly out of the excess length of them; I just carefully excised the zipper with a sharp knife (didn't want to wreck scissors)
