Absolutely unhinged fever dream of a show. Even better upon rewatch. I was shocked (again) by the amount of shit happening in only the first episode. The fucking light jazz flute music alone makes me cackle like a madman.

A scrappy, snarling gem. Into the Goblin Den feels like someone cracked open a goblin skull and let the dreams run wild—half-folk tale, half pipe bomb. Judd's stripped-down mechanics get out of the way so the storytelling can sprint, bleed, and cackle. Tables practically dare you to roll, and the spells read like riddles whispered by moon-drunk witches. Somewhere between Into the Odd and a fever dream at the bottom of a troll’s wine cask. More of this, please.
