Tonight was seared and broiled salmon (from freezer, previously portioned leftovers from Costco then vacuum sealed) with a jar chutney from pantry from an Xmas gift basket + CCFM peaches + CCFM fingerling heirloom potatoes roasted with Montreal steak seasoning (and a shallot) + a TJ's bag salad.
