The companies I would watch to go first is Coreweave which cannot sustain its debt load at current bond market rates. Even hyperscalers cannot sustain buildouts at current interest rates and have turned cashflow negative. Eventually, the financial circlejerk surrounding Nvidia will implode.

I do actually have no fucking idea what the play is here, because unlike EA - which rakes in revenue thanks to the two footballs (even if profits are mixed) - Unity has been hemoraging money/users/cashflow for five years now.

Many of the AI tech majors have gone from positive cashflow to negative cashflow.

And still they are doubling down by issuing more multi-billion dollar bonds.

The winners are going to be the upstream semiconductor majors.

Well… if you don‘t actually deliver the products you have sold already, that‘s not great for cashflow.

If you sold those products years ago, without considering the big inflation since, good luck.

If you ON TOP have to pay penalties for years late delivery… good luck, cashflow.

People like to focus on the debt, and yeah, it's obviously important. But the vast majority of datacenter construction has been financed (and will continue to be financed) via the cashflow that companies like Amazon, Alphabet, and Microsoft generate from their existing businesses.
