I'm reminded that 3 years ago today, I was in a blue light ambulance to a specialist spinal centre. Flat on my back as any more compression of my spinal cord could be devastating. Two days later & 5 hours of surgery, spinal cord released.
Today, I'm at the gym working out.

Yes. Herniated lumbar disc from pressure of compensating for the 8.8cm meningeal cyst on my S1-S4. #CaudaEquinaSyndrome Neurosurgeon was able to remove the cyst. Only 6 specialists in the world do this neurosurgery. Had to fly to Dallas for care.
