My wife has a Cefaly device and finds that it doesn't help with prevention but does provide some relief (or at least distraction) during an acute attack. No idea how representative her experience is, though!

I have a cefaly. I used it daily for prevention before I got a CGRP med. It kinda sort of worked sometimes? But I echo Joshua. CGRPs (I'm on Aimovig) changed my entire life.

I got my cefaly!!! so far so good. At least it distracts from migraine pain, we'll see if it helps beyond that

Thankful for my lil brain zapper ✨️🧠 its the only thing keeping me sane rn. if you have chronic migraine I highly recommend saving up for the cefaly device!

Hey #migrainechat here's my headaterm 2 impressions from a cefaly dual user.
This thing is even tinier, the electrodes look very similar (good, hoping to be able to use some cefaly ones I had left), I'm surprised/disappointed it says to use for 2 HOURS a day for prevention, cefaly was only 20 mins.

I’m sorry you’re getting a migraine. I just ordered a cefaly trigeminal nerve stimulator thing and if it helps for reducing migraine frequency I’ll report back.

Taking it easy & banishing a migraine to send off 2024 (my lil Cefaly device is truly a lifechanging piece of tech that helps zap away the headpains) while ensuring Dagger gets pre-foreworks soothing. I don’t like unexpected explosions either, pupper.

I just started using the nurivio and so far I’m just finding it too painful if I go above 15%. The nurivio is also so much more expensive long term.

having one of the worst migraine attacks I’ve had in a while and trying to manage it with over the counter meds because UHC denied my Ubrelvy and I ran out of the samples my doctor gave me… I already did Cefaly and open to all suggestions #MigraineChat
