Since being diagnosed with #Ceoliac disease two years ago, my relationship with food has changed significantly.
My attitude now is if it can be made in a factory with tons of toxic additives, I can make it at home without the additives, it will be safe for me to eat and won't kill me.

They are eaten in the UK, but I wouldn't due to the low quality sausages and all the additives. Add I'm also Ceoliac, the gluten in the bread and sausages would not be good for me. However, a good quality gluten-free sausage sandwich on chunky #GlutenFree bread 🤌.

I saw a video on Instagram saying that people with #gluten intolerance or #Ceoliac Disease can eat wheat bread if it's made properly, ie his way.
Load of BS.
Any amount of gluten is dangerous for someone with Coeliac Disease as it may trigger gut damage that may not show up as obvious symptoms.

My daughter is ceoliac and decent gluten-free pizzas can be had from Mr Singh's if you're ever in Birmingham or the Black Country. You'll also get a banging gluten free fish and chips from Hardy's in Wolverhampton.

I also had a stint in hospital (the other story), and I can testify that being ceoliac in hospital wasn't easy for me as the food choices were limited. Honestly, it motivated me to get well and out ASAP.

Mum is a ceoliac so I get it, the only thing she really misses is KFC because making her own version of that is not the same.
