The Republicans passed 4 year's worth of 125% of ICE and BP's annual appropriations in the reconciliation bill (on a party line vote) last year. That level of funding is available for obligation until 2029. The only way that can be changed is if Congress passes a law saying so

The instant I saw getting GenAI PRs on #COGITO, I've moved the whole thing to Codeberg (which instantly stopped this).
