But it means the transmission rate will be lower. It also has a much faster incubation period so it won't spread like covid did

I've had my gallbladder out and that was keyhole too, but that was five days in hospital and ten days isolating in my room when I got home cuz there was a covid case on my ward. So I have no idea what not having to be stuck in my room will feel like. Plus I think this is a more hard-core surgery.

Got my Covid vax yesterday. Much gentler than the flu vax last week. Able to do some stuff around the house. No body aches. I'm functioning at around 96%.

The clowns that gave us Brexit wiping billions off our GDP, tge waste and corruption of billions during the covid pandemic causing hundreds of thousands of deaths, that alone should be enough to never want to hear from them again however there is lots more they should never be forgiven for.

An estimated 6,000 undocumented immigrants participated in the 9/11 recovery and cleanup efforts, and nearly 23 million immigrants made up the essential workforce during the COVID-19 pandemic

TRUMP AMERICA is now TORTURING THEM
and DEPORTING THEM to HOSTILE COUNTRIES

Covid hit Umbrella Academy season 3 hard. It's bad, but I get why.

Season 4 though? (rot13) Gurl xvyy gurzfryirf naq gur jbeyq vf orggre sbe vg. That has got to be the most callous possible way to end a show about abuse.
What TV show got so bad it effectively destroyed your appreciation for the show when it was was good?

And nearly killing several of our universities. Who then had to deal with covid and now a demographic cliff.

It is rough being a state university that does not have “University of Illinois” in their name right now. Well, ISU might be doing ok too.

He said Jackson got Covid and couldn't campaign. You'll have me blocked soon as well because you seem annoying. Listing a bunch of data about Maine and on purpose omitting that Gideon was doing much better in the polls in 2020 shows dishonesty, but why be dishonest about this there's no gain.

Apologies to Andrew for highjacking his thread which was actually interesting. But since we’ve got here, while digging out those Covid lockdown emails, I came across a correspondence about my emeritus appointment. The dean of the day was trying v hard to block it.

I watched it on BritBox back during the COVID lockdown - it was a bit on the nose then given the guy breaking the flask looks like he might be Chinese and all the Wuhan Lab leak conspiracy theories going round at the time.

I cannot quite remember when everyone stopped seeing these signs.
Or if they ever did.
A Covid wave has moved through again and most people still do not know they are in it.
I do.

Cool!
Ja, dass ich mit Covid quasi 5 Wochen flach lag, ist egal. Meiner lieben Schwiegermutter war einen Tag etwas flau. Sie wird geimpft, ich nicht. 🙄

I believe it. Mine have...sort of. I became allergic to some (additional) substances, like mustard seed. I used to love mustard, now I don't. I have a few other things where that's also the case.

Strange part is that hardly anything tastes as flavorful as it used to. Is it covid? Or age? No idea.
