Just took a YouGov survey sponsored by the Pentagon which left out any mention of Pete Hegseth to obviously conflate supporting the troops with the imbecile in charge of them.
Thankfully, the survey allowed for me to say our armed forces should not be a codpiece for little Pete to hide behind.

a codpiece does not create the structural weakness that a boob plate does is the issue, it's not an apt comparison.

If you crush a codpiece, there isnt actually a dick inside most of it, so no injury. Also a smaller target.
Boob plating sits closer to the body, and if it collapses would cause nasty injury
