I’ve just spent a day in Delhi and the smog is awful. This is a climate emergency.
This is not most or fog, it’s pollution on a massive scale. It makes for ‘pretty sunsets’, but we’re not fooled. The health impacts are huge.

Arguably every patient who presents with #covid19 should have the opportunity to enter an RCT. In Oncology that can happen, we should aspire to same in critical care.
As a mindset it’s something we should aspire to.
