The reservoir is also plastic (but doesn’t get hot) and it’s not programmable either, but grad school taught me that I cannot be trusted with a whole pot of coffee at a time, and there aren’t a lot of non-Keurig single-serve coffeemakers out there.

Green River's breakfast crew needs to come here to train these folks. It's an absolute shitshow down there every morning. It's not set up well and they don't stay on top of even the simple stuff, like emptying the grounds on the coffeemakers... which don't work when the bins get full.
