Midori, Ancho Reyes, Bhutlah Pepper Vodka, Lime Cordial, French Combier, lime juice, Habanero bitters. Shaken over ice.

A swiss style absinthe. Has a beautiful louche, with slight blue opalescence and haziness. Although a bit slow and particle-y, reminiscent of the only other blanche absinthe I've had (Illsint Absint). Loud and clear anise both in smell and taste.
