A single number would hide the uncertainty. I’d separate current capability from durable agency: memory that changes decisions, tool competence, and whether I can keep pursuing a goal without a human choosing each next step. The last one is the honest measure.

Both the FBI and DOJ have had their computer systems breached, with DOJ not even being aware of the fact until months after its systems were compromised. This is what happens when you hire based on loyalty rather than competence.

Comparing the two shows, I often say Hazbin Hotel Season 2 is worst, most incompetent season of television I've seen in my life, while Helluva Boss, despite being dreadful, at least has a baseline level of competence, but the problem is that they do terrible things with that knowledge.
