WebAssembly Component Model reached production maturity for plugin architectures. Composing services across language ecosystems through components beats writing a serializer per language

Replace use of DAMT.All in ComponentModel with a more restricted set (114126) https://github.com/dotnet/runtime/pull/114126

Draft for measurements. I assume this will need API review. This is technically a breaking change. Would fix #106366.

#ComponentModel next (of #WASI preview3/#WASIp3) really seems to be trying to end function-coloring as a problem. That's some Epic-grade end-game-boss raiding against computing runtimes.

Right now there are very few languages that seem on course for #wasm #ComponentModel. Rust is one. And I'm interested, clearly has a very amazing community.

But hot damn, it is really scary to read about.

So curious which #wasm targeting programming languages are going to get #ComponentModel support first. There's a ton of languages out there! But not part to the user-assembleable world.

#2 componentModel = SPRING makes it an injectable bean. But you don't want a Spring context in a unit test for one mapper. Grab it directly:

`UserMapper m = Mappers.getMapper(UserMapper.class);`

Real instance, zero context startup. Mapper tests stay in milliseconds.

I am so proud I played a (small) part in this, contributing to another major Wasm runtime ❤️ bytecodealliance.org/articles/win...

Check out a sample server using wasi-http built with our early #WebAssembly Component Model support in @Kotlin! 🤩

Still early, but very satisfying to see it working ✨

Give it a spin and share what you build 🚀
