You inspired me. I just spent some more time pulling couchgrass from the monarda this morning. I also dug up some day lilies and through them in the ground along the fence. Now I'm ready to get started on the longarm.

Yes, you can tuck your hand or a tool under the top of them and it all comes neatly out. Much better weed to have than couchgrass etc.

I had both of those. But the front driveway makeover replaced cracked concrete and couchgrass with very nice Kilkenny blue limestone and a smaller, neater lawn. Which it now behoves me to mow, except that isn't going to happen during The Wet. So it just grows.
