What if he does? The orange idiot and his lackeys won't care. They will drag the issue in courts until scotus allows them to do whatever they want.

Sending love & hugs to children & youth who have been separated from their parents / kinship circles through colonial courts, child / family policing (welfare) systems, and detention centres at man made boarders. May you feel the love of your kinship circles through the earth, sun and star beams 🌟

new golf course there.

Hundreds of those cherry blossoms have been removed, and the administration was told not to remove them. They were also told not to do any more advanced construction work other than regular maintenance as the lawsuits work their way through the courts. If something

How long before he says,
"I don't have to listen to the courts or anybody else because I have a military! What are they going to do about it?"

Will it be before the elections or after?

The House of Representatives is the Branch that controls the money! But this current House of Representatives does not! Vote Democrats Up and Down the Ballot! The Senate controls the Courts! This Senate picks Judges that are not qualified! To say the least! Vote Democrats Up & Down the Ballot!

Judge: "I have done everything humanly possible to give the government the benefit of the doubt in this case. I have done it for months."
Why? Why not finally put people in jail for contempt? If they are allowed to do this for months of course they will ignore the courts.
"There is no excuse for this and you know why I’m furious right now,” the judge said.

“I was hearing from plaintiff’s side that this was going to happen and I said ‘no’ repeatedly, ‘I trust the government.’ I trusted you all repeatedly to not do what you have done...”

WHERE ARE THE CONSEQUENCES?

Laws without consequences are worse than no law at all, as they breed contempt for the courts and the rule of law. Those are two of the foundational concepts of this country.

I'm aware of that fact. Are you aware of the Rand study that explains how regulatory capture turned the US into a nation of serfs?

I've cited this study in federal courts in multiple cases in opposition to summary judgement motions.

U.S. Economic Growth Has Not Been Shared Evenly Since 1974
For two decades after World War II, incomes grew at a rate close to the U.S. economy-wide growth rate. Anemic growth from 1969 to 1974 kept inequality in check. But since then, the benefits of growth ...

Stinky doesn't expect to honor a court order, or some puny election. Its as old as 1803 ... But, not a thing touches Trump's regime.

Andrew Jackson made members of my wifes family walk the trail of tears because courts don't have force.
October 12, 2026 at 9:59 PM
Like the King of England once did Trump is doing things HE wants to do regardless of what the People and the Courts tell him do to. On our 250th birthday we should have the same response.
Judges whose orders are ignored by the Trump regime need to do more than complain from the bench. They need to throw people in jail.
HAPPENING NOW: Judge Reyes is furious. She has repeatedly told the government to inform her before any major demolition work was done on the golf course. The abrupt removal of 500 trees, without notice, "has cost the government all of its credibility" in this case.

Read the wrong thing for Property last class (😬🤦‍♀️)
Thankfully, I wasn't on-call

Catching up...

Landlord's argument that parties are free to contract as they wish and courts shouldn't rewrite an unambiguous contract to add reasonableness terms is... stellar

He lost, but it was an admirable effort 😂

The judge was surprised that Trump cannot be trusted? The same Trump who violates law daily, who defies courts routinely, who cheats in more ways than you can imagine?

It is one thing to be naive.
This is just being a fool.
October 12, 2026 at 9:57 PM
Sorry judge, but you were naive to think these people would obey your order. They have proven time and again that they will ignore the courts and do whatever they want. Why not, they control all of the federal law enforcement so the courts can't do anything about it.

Pretty much what Trump & Hegseth have done with the US military over Iran.

The world thought it was something to be feared, now they have show us its impotence.

That's gonna be a problem with the US courts, too.

Sigh.

Not a good week so far for the Criminal in Chief...his DOJ is getting pummeled in two seperate courts and he's left with lying about everything because this stupid idiot can't figure out how to get out of a war of his own making...
October 12, 2026 at 9:54 PM
I mean really how many potential felonies has he already racked up just in the last 18 months? And nobody moves on any of it. The courts are trying, but when the regime is found wanting of standing or guilty or a stay against the behavior he wants to do is ordered, he does it anyway. wtf?
October 12, 2026 at 9:54 PM
The 17-page petition obtained by Law&Crime shows that Trump's team is hoping the justices will seize the chance to scold the lower courts for "wrongly punish[ing] Trump and his lawyers for defending his Article II prerogatives."

October 12, 2026 at 9:51 PM
And if your argument is "even a well-reasoned, sound explanation as to why you're denying the government that presumption of good faith would get overturned" then the courts are lost ANYWAY in that jurisdiction and you should at least slow down the processes and put the fear of sanctions in 'em!
