Going by how much lighter, happier, and clearer-minded I am this morning, I think a goodly portion of the fatigue, aches, rage, brain fog, and anxiety weighing on me over the past couple of years might have been attributable not so much to perimenopause but to fascism.

The sleepless night felt way too long but our sunrise walk was lovely. The only other people out walking were 2 groups of crones like me. All of us were just content to look at the leaves (& tell Brynden what a pretty little buddy he is) and be respectful of each other! Bliss.
