We celebrate Autumnal Arbor Day in our town by adopting out native plants to increase food and shelter for pollinators and birds. This morning we sent about 100 natives into the community's gardens - baldhip rose, salmonberry, vine maple, madrone, dogwood, red-flowering currant, Pacific willow, etc.
