I think VA-02 is an uncommonly good bellweather for the country because it's a rematch from previous cycles with a lot of spending on both sides. Relatively easy to draw a comparison with previous cycles and see a potential nationwide shift.

None of the polls mean anything if folks don’t show up tomorrow. If you haven’t voted already, make a plan. If you have voted, call your friends & relatives.

We won’t get out of this mess overnight. It’ll take a few cycles. But this is our first glimpse at a future without MAGA. So go vote!

We've had two openly racist primary cycles with Mamdani and AES now, two Black women in Congress are under federal investigation or on trial to mixed reactions, and Black candidates in MS, LA, and FL are only recently seeing funding or attention.

florida and texas have been twin footballs being yanked away last second for so many cycles now that even going in on texas felt like a wild idea a year ago
One big question that is starting to emerge tonight.. did national Democrats miss a massive opportunity to invest in Florida?

either way it will take at least one, maybe two or three more cycles to know for sure.

They should have been run out 3 cycles ago, but good
This is wild: The map has gotten so bad for the GOP that a number of the biggest MAGA personalities in the House are at serious risk of defeat.

That includes some who were involved in Jan 6.

I tallied it all up here. This could be a MAGA bloodbath. 1/
